What happens if the customer does not receive the Approve-It message when using the Nedbank Direct EFT?

The payment cannot be completed

It can be approved on the Nedbank APP under Ozow

The customer can proceed without approving the payment

Should you not get an Approve-it™ message, an SMS with a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to you.
